Succession Planning Info and Resources

We are pleased to welcome attorney Natalie Vance of Klinedinst PC for an MCLE program on Succession Planning this month. This is an important area that is often overlooked, but it can be critical if an attorney becomes ill or incapacitated or dies. Below are some suggested resources from three bar associations that can help attorneys create a disaster recovery plan and put their affairs in order in the event of an emergency, planned retirement, or unforeseen circumstances that would prevent them from managing client matters temporarily or permanently.
