Civil Ex Parte paperwork submittals
In order for the Judge to be prepared for a Civil Ex Parte Hearing we request that Civil Ex Parte paperwork be submitted as soon as possible for the hearing, preferably before 11am the day of the hearing. We are currently reviewing changes to the Civil Ex Parte local rules to allow the Civil Judges more time to prepare for the Ex Parte calendar, like we do for Ex Partes in Probate and Family Law.
